Hermann is a Global Application Engineer for the Medical Device Industry at Henkel, with more than 30 years of experience in adhesives technology. Since joining Henkel, he has held a variety of technical and leadership roles spanning application engineering, product introductions, team development, and portfolio management. Now, Hermann focuses on LCAs and medical device applications, helping manufacturers address evolving market demands, regulatory requirements, and innovation opportunities. His unique approach combines chemistry, engineering, commercial value, and practical user needs, enabling him to translate complex adhesive technologies into effective real-world solutions.
