SuperTrak HORIZON3™

Customers told us they needed shuttle pitch down to 50mm so we developed SuperTrak HORIZON3™ to tackle this. This accommodates single part per shuttle operation and batch size of one.

SuperTrak CONVEYANCE™ enables systems that can produce more product using less floorspace and we have extended this with the smallest 180° curve on the market. Enhanced software for both asynchronous and synchronous modes of operation enable throughputs <900 parts per minute. Stable mechanics, fast settling time, and industry-leading thermal performance let you produce more on a single machine.

Unlike the competition, SuperTrak CONVEYANCE™ integrates with any PLC and is easy to program. The new HORIZON3 extends this by providing the option to program systems right from the Siemens TIA Portal programming environment.

With all of the enhancements/advancements on this latest iteration of SuperTrak, you will now be able to easily assemble systems, swap sections or circuit boards, add liquid cooling if needed, and leverage the built-in shuttle ID for fixture tracking and data insights.
